Ascended Masters and Cosmic Rays

Ascended Master

It’s believed that Ascended Masters are entities that once lived as humans but who have evolved into Self Realised Beings that now serve, teach and heal humanity.  People that believe in the Ascended Masters say that they can enter and leave the Earth plane without being born or dying.

Examples of figures who are believed to be Ascended Masters are Saint Germain, Lady Nada, Lord Maitreya, Jesus, Virgin Mary, Kwan Yin and Sanat Kumara.

The Cosmic Rays, in this context, are types of light-substance.  There are seven cosmic rays. Each ray is connected to an Ascended Master.  The Rays are also associated with particular colours, powers, qualities and chakras.

1st Ray: Will of God – Ascended Master – Morya
2nd Ray: Wisdom of God -  Ascended Master – Lanto
3rd Ray: Love of God -  Ascended Master – Paul the Venetian
4th Ray: Purity of God -   Ascended Master – Serapis Bey
5th Ray: Science of God -   Ascended Master – Hilarion
6th Ray: Peace of God -  Ascended Master – Lady Nada
7th Ray: Freedom of God -   Ascended Master – Saint Germain

There are many schools of thought and various methods that are used to get the Ascended Masters to assist with healing.

Intuition

Intuition can be described as guidance or information that comes from within or from your Higher Self.

It may come in the form of an emotional feeling or a physical sensation.  It may manifest as a feeling of foreboding or trepidation about a particular situation.  Or it may resonate as a quiet certainty that everything is alright and that the path you are about to take is the right course of action.

The root of the word intuition comes from the Latin verb tueri which means to look at, contemplate or considerConsider literally means with the stars.

Intuition means to look within.  It literally means insight.

Many people describe intuition as the Sixth Sense.

According to the Seth Material by Jane Roberts, just as we have five external senses: taste, touch, sound, sight and smell – we also have a number of internal senses.

These include:

* psychological time
* perception of past and future
* inner vibrational touch

and several others.

We can make use of this form of internal information by developing these senses so that we can heal ourselves and heal others.

Beat Insomnia: Online course

Recently I created a 30 day online course designed to help people to beat insomnia.

This was because while reading about sleep deprivation, I discovered that there seemed to be a general lack of awareness about natural remedies and solutions, habit changes and foods that create the conditions for a healthy quality and quantity of sleep.

Many people who experience chronic insomnia accept it as something they have to put up with. A large number of people who experience insomnia are prescribed sleeping pills and medication.

Insomnia occurs for a variety of individual reasons. But I believe that true healing of any condition can’t take place unless it is healed on all levels – otherwise when one illness is cured, it manifests as another condition elsewhere.

So I decided to create a holistic online course which focuses on the main triggers for ongoing insomnia on the psychological, physical and nutritional levels.

Insomnia is a growing symptom of modern life with as many as 30%-50% of adults in many countries experiencing ongoing insomnia as a way of life.

Continual lack of sleep can lead to physical illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease. It can lead to emotional challenges such as depression and anxiety. In extreme cases, it can cause aggressive behaviour or hallucinations. Medication can only be prescribed as a short-term solution because of the dangers of dependency and addiction.

In addition, new links are being uncovered between insomnia and weight gain or obesity , childhood obesity and attention deficit problems in children storing up trouble for the future. Sleeping habits are established in childhood although sleeping patterns may also be disrupted by stressful life events.

Knowing why you can’t sleep and recognising the roots of your particular problem is part of the solution and this is addressed in the course.  We look at the different aspects of life that can contribute to better sleep such as

* the food we eat

* the stimulants we consume

* our body clock

* producing the necessary sleep hormones naturally

* techniques to relax the mind

* natural therapies and resources that can aid sleep

So if you believe that this online course can benefit you, enrol now and receive the first module in your inbox straight away.

How Healthy Eating Can Help Arthritis

If you have osteoarthritis then changing your diet and making nutritional adjustments can play an important role in your arthritis treatment.

The symptoms of arthritis include inflammation, pain and stiffness of the joints.  So reducing the amount of foods that you eat that cause inflammation can help to alleviate these symptoms.

Anti-Inflammatory Foods

Food that tends to increase inflammation include red meat, fried food, wheat and dairy products.  Some people have found that nightshade vegetables which include potatoes, tomatoes and green peppers, make their symptoms worse.

On the other hand, oily cold-water fish such as trout, sardines, mackerel, salmon, tuna, pilchards or herring, contain omega-3 fats which help to reduce inflammation. Eating fish three to five times a week is very beneficial.

Fresh pineapples contain an enzyme called bromelain which helps to reduce inflammation.

Olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties so dressing your pasta and salads with olive oil is recommended.  Cook your food in olive oil instead of with hydrogenated fats such as butter.

Eliminating alcohol, excess salt and sugar from your diet will also help to alleviate some of your symptoms.

Sulphur

Foods that help to repair bone and cartilage and which help your body to absorb calcium are also beneficial.  Eggs, brussel sprouts, lentils, asparagus and kale contain sulphur which help to repair bone and connective tissue.  Flavouring your meals with garlic and onions will help as they also contain sulphur.

The Benefits of a Health Diet

Vitamin C found in citrus fruits, melons or kiwi fruit can help with the development of cartilage.

Green vegetables, avocado, cucumber, carrots, brown rice and seaweed are other ingredients which can contribute to your osteoarthritis treatment.

Everyone has individual sensitivities and reactions to different foods so you may wish to consult a nutritionist to find out which foods are particularly beneficial for you.

Adapting your diet to incorporate these foods will help you to maintain your ideal body weight, control pain, increase your circulation, restore your energy and improve the function and movement of your joints.
