I have used this method for my own personal battle with insomnia.
When I experienced short-term insomnia, it affected my moods, my energy levels and my
motivation. It also made me feel physically unwell. I also found I was less able to cope
with stress.
I used energy healing techniques to help me which helped me and also began to
look for more "practical" lifestyle adjustments and habit changes that I could make to
prolong my sleep.
I found that there were many simple everyday things that I did at certain times that
affected the chemicals in my brain which made it difficult to sleep.
I developed the habit analyzer system, based on a traditional coaching method, as a simple
way to identify the root of some of the problems that contribute to insomnia. I
would now like to share this method with others who have problems getting to sleep.
I have experience of helping people with insomnia through the use of complementary therapies
so can also draw upon other methods from Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine, distant
healing and elements of psychosynthesis.
